Where do orders ship from?
Our fulfillment partner EPROLO ships from US and overseas warehouses. Each product page shows its honest delivery estimate — items marked “Ships from US” arrive in about 2–6 days; most others take 8–25 days.
Are prices in CAD?
Yes. Every price on this site is in Canadian dollars, and US shoppers can toggle to USD in the header. Prices shown are what you pay — no duties or surprise fees at checkout.
Will this fit my Model 3 Highland / Model Y Juniper?
Check the fitment note on each product page — we list exact models and years.
How do I track my order?
Every order ships tracked — we email your tracking number as soon as it's on its way. Didn't get the email? Write to [email protected] with your order number.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards plus Apple Pay, processed securely through Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
Do you ship to the US?
Yes — we ship Canada-wide and to the US.
