What we collect

To fulfill your order we collect your name, email address, phone number, and shipping address. Payment details are processed directly by Stripe — we never see or store your card number.

• Meeting legal and tax obligations

We do not sell your personal information. We do not send marketing emails unless you separately opt in.

Who we share it with

• EPROLO (our fulfillment partner) — receives your name, address, phone, and order items to ship your package
• Stripe (our payment processor) — receives payment and contact details under Stripe's own privacy policy

Both operate internationally, so your information may be processed outside Canada.

Your rights (PIPEDA)

Under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. Email [email protected] and we'll respond within 30 days.
