Products & pricing
Prices are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD); US shoppers may toggle to US dollars (USD) in the header. We work to keep listings accurate, but if a price or description is wrong we'll contact you before fulfilling the order and you may cancel for a full refund. We reserve the right to limit quantities and to refuse service to anyone.
Payment & order acceptance
Payment is processed securely by Stripe — we never see or store your card details. Your order is accepted when payment clears, at which point you'll see an on-screen confirmation. We may cancel an order (for example, if an item becomes unavailable) and refund you in full.
Shipping & fulfillment
Orders are fulfilled by our partner EPROLO and ship to Canada and the United States. Delivery estimates shown on product pages are honest estimates, not guarantees — customs and carrier delays can happen. Shipping rates are shown at checkout before you pay.

Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here limits rights you hold under Ontario or Canadian consumer protection law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. Disputes will be resolved in Ontario courts.
